First time outside, fully dressed
Mave - 5/4/06 at 04:02 PM

Today I brought the car to the painter, and took it outside for the first time with bodywork on. I really can't wait to see it finished now, and take the first testdrive.......

It an Aerial (NOT washing powder), and he is probably a Radio Ham, I have three like that on my Land Rover, and a 15 metre free standing one in the garden.

I have had a large erection in the garden for over 20 years
By that I mean a Lattice construction steel mast with a rotating head, and lots of aerials on it.

I will have to put my aerial bracket on the roll bar after the SVA, as it would probably not pass

PS... Mave, The cars looking good. However, I think you have made a constructional error..... The steering wheel should be on the other side, or you have mirror imaged the picture before posting

Hmm, you guys must have a lot of aerials alongside the roads....

No, the steeringwheel is not on the wrong side; I have two, the other one is however not clearly visible, but here is a better picture.

wheel for UK and rest of EU niceeeeee

Peteff - 7/4/06 at 02:15 PM

Or is it on top of the aerial. There's one of those outside my front door but I wouldn't have thought of fitting it to the rool bar, high level brake light anybody?
