Alright guys.
Just had a mate ask me about a problem he is having with his puma. It cut out the other night and now won't run. It starts no problem but then stops after a few seconds. I have not had a chance to look at it but I was wondering if anyone had any tips. It's a 1998 1.4 zetec. Does this have obd port?
I was thinking that it might be a crank position sensor?
Any starting points would be great

Yes, these have an OBD port. It'll be somewhere near the pedals iirc?
Do you think it could be a fuel flow problem?

Ok,

Connected my OBD key thing to it today and it had an error code for throttle position sensor out of range. With the foot off the throttle it was at 17% and full throttle was at 94%.

Does anyone know if it is worth trying to adjust these and how or should it just be replaced.

Starts no problem at all and can keep it running if you blip the throttle otherwise just cuts out.
