Agreed value with insurance

Hi there some of you may know i have just finished a full restoration on my mini, when i came to insure it i was asked if i wanted an agreed value naturally after the money i have spent i said yes. Now i have just made a list of all the new parts and costs that i have put into this resto and its close to the figure of £8000!! (yer i got carried away lol) Is this the figure i should put on the form? I have never done an agreed value so im not sure what to do its with Adrian flux if that makes any difference

Heres the list not sure if the insurance company will be interested in all of it tho?

New panels
-Front panel £135.00

-2x outer sills £60

-Brake callipers

-Hi-los/ cones and front suspension

Rear Subframe powdercoated and fully built cost £500 including all new:
-Drum brakes
-Braided hoses and copper/nickel lines
-bushes
-Hi-los/ Cones and rear suspension
-refurbished radius arms

Wheels including tyres £600

Interior
-Carpet set £140
-Headlining £89

I know nothing about agreed value but what I do know is that I'm with adrian flux with my disco and jago and they have always been very helpful. Would a phone call to them be much good, afterall they're the brokers that will sort it out?
