That's mental! Reported for Dangerous Condition? I'd say there's a fair case for a Dangerous Driving indictment there. Someone that stupid would maybe benefit from a little time in jail... at the very least it would keep the roads that bit safer whilst they were away!

To be fair, I've seen many worse things...not saying it's safe or advisable, just there are worse things out there.

Read it several times before I worked out he was towing the hatchback/truck combo with another car (presumably the one with pixelated reg).
