It has all been tried before and failed, back in late 1970s by both Ford and Vauxhall and in the 1990s with the Africar project.

just because a concept has failed before doesn't mean it cant work... thats the whole point of R&D

As said previously it has been tried before and expect it will not be the last but good luck for it. Wasn't one of the wooden Hustlers designed for this type of thing?
