And special long thin potatoes for their "fries". Popcorn chicken is whole baby birds thrown straight in the deep fat fryer whole, the feathers and feet burn off I've tried it at home and it

There was a similar hoax about the same time (1998? ) that said macdonalds were breading a type of meal worm that was being put into their burgers
to bulk up the content, but as the worms were mostly protein and not 'meat' then their advert of 100% beef was correct. ie of the total meat
content in the burger, 100% of it is beef.
That one did the rounds too.
Alot of people seem to fall for these hoaxes, the best one was that McDonalds were funding the IRA.
