Has anyone got an idea where this number might be from?

It appears on the bill as: 33848508872752 Mobile Text Messaging

i think an 8 after indicates a freephone type number

I have tried calling 00338.... but it does not work. However, if I call 338..... it says welcome to calling numbers plus, the number you have dialled is not in service...
