I'm a dad (again)
mcerd1 - 13/12/16 at 05:01 PM

This very chilled out little girl arrived safely the other week

which make me the dad of 2 girls - saying / typing that makes me feel so old

anyway needless to say I'll not be getting much time to build the dax for a while....

Congrats!!

2 girls here too. One aged 5 one 13. Now that makes me feel old. One stroppy 'first-year-of-school' girl and one hormonal teenager. It's all great fun!!

Good luck. I'm just waiting for the first boyfriend to knock at the door so I can go all 'Bad boys' on him

Congrats! It's great but hard work being a parent. Being a grandparent is much more fun

At least if its your 2nd you know whats coming!!

I have a 3.5 year old girl and a 3 month old boy. The "2nd child is easy" "boys are so chilled" " your experienced now so you will be fine" child is a NIGHTMARE!!!

The last 2 days I have had sod all sleep and had to get up early to take him from my wife as she sits next to me in bed sobbing due to exhaustion tiredness.

Sometimes its not fun but overall all parents wouldn't change a thing.

Yup - been there and done that bit a few times now!

You're right it's well worth the hard work and kids can be a very rewarding thing.
