Nova in scrappy
kipper - 26/2/07 at 10:45 PM

I don't know if anyone on this site would l be interested but I found a Nova main body in Beechwood vehicle breakers near Market Weighton today. The yard guys say they have no interest in it as the scrap value of grp is zilch. i dont think the elevating roof was there, just the main body.
Regards Kipper.

ClubNova was one I saw a while ago.

From the subject I thought it was going to be the result of a chavved-up Vauxhall being written off

I'd have to disagree totally, if that even counts for anything these days. The time it was sold it was rather space age and was referred to as the poor mans Countach (being produced about the same time). Having been in one they're certainly entertaining although the windscreen is almost on your nose. I have seen ones built on a new spaceframe chassis and they have turned out rather well. Certainly very low and very long, I have quite a fondness for them.

I like them. Something different.
