I can imagine this has been done so many times before but i need some info

Is the LRS707 the correct starter for zetec 2.0 blacktop to type9 box.

Also is there other starters with other model numbers that are equivilant to this

Also best place to get one.

Yes, when combined with the early zetec escort fly wheel.

Do a search for STARTERMAN on here. supplies only new starters / alternators and advice. Very good service and prices.
