I'd like to pick the hive mind brains!
I'm currently putting together a gearbox adapter plate for my volvo v8 and bmw gs6 gearbox.
The starter motor is an issue. Does anyone know which vehicles have gearbox mounted starters. The one I know about already are the volvo xc90 and
s80 v8s (my engine donor) and the mazda rx8. Anyone know anyothers?

What ring gear are you using?
Not determined that yet. I have the ring gear from the v8s flex plate as an option. Exploring alternatives
