Whos correct on this one ?
Just had a ear bashing for putting the toilet tissue (aka bog roll) in the wrong way around.........she should be thankful I put one in and not left
her too do it.........
I prefer it too unroll into the room, swimbo always puts it in so it unrolls down the wall side......
Who is correct, and why ?

Into the room every time! Weird how little things like that bother us (and women!)....
How would she feel if you left the loo seat up?!

Of course it should un-roll into the room - otherwise how are you going to get the tug-whizz-brake-tear motion right?

Off the front
not down the back or you'll not see the perforations till they are almost on the next sheet. I bet you don't close the curtains properly
either. As a temporary solution we used a kitchen roll holder that stands on the floor, it's been there 23 years now
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

It's not an issue in my house, I think i must have the only wife in the world who absolutely refuses to put the roll on the holder! if it runs
out she just stands a fresh roll on top until i notice and put it on!
And yes - it unrolls into the room!

in the room - If she insists and you agree to a quite life.
Miss match the perforations by seperating the 2 ply and unravelling the top one a full rotation after you use it.
Hope this helps

we had an argument like this at the weekend, i'd been out for a few drinks and to cut a long story short i had the squits so i've been
using her nice moist toilet tissue, turns out is not wet bog roll but very £££££ make up removing pads.
woops.

We have the same argument in our hous: I'm for unrolling into the room, SWMBO for unrolling down the room. My arguments (dimissed out of hand,
of course ) are:
1. it's easier to find the end and pull off the right amount
2. for loo rolls with a pattern on, the pattern is always printed on the outside - if you let the paper unroll wallside you don't see the
pattern, therefore it must be designed to go the other way!
