Is it not possible to report his behaviour to eBay? Or maybe you can and they just won't do anything...

What sort of "investigation" have ebay done then?

It's obvious he's a theif and they're doing bugger all

Exactly, I currently have a buyer threatening negative feedback as we have not shipped his item yet.

His paypal eCheque bounced and until we receive cleared payment it stops here.

But eBay been eBay he can leave us negative feedback whilst our only option on feedback is positive ?????

Dear hoodmania, An eCheque payment from XXXXXXXXXXXXXX could not be processed from the sender's bank. Please do not post any items. We have cancelled this transaction and advise you to contact the sender to make new payment arrangements. Please contact XXXXX regarding this payment.

And I cannot defend negative feedback on this ?

I don't know if they'll pull it but I recently saw this "positive" feedback

With the usual plus positive

"WARNING!!!!!! this ebayer is a fraudster, non pament and negative feedback DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM WARNING!!!"

Now I know that people can't see this unless they look at the detailed feedback but at least it's something.

In my experience buyers are much worse than sellers, not being able to give them negative feedback is ridiculous.

Cheers

Chris
