Weather killed it today. Not one of the best. Few trade stands but just as many sweet/toys/cleaning products style stuff. Normally better as some club stands but if the weathers bad people don't drive their kits. OK for a day out but lack of big names means it will always be a bit 2nd division.

Bit dissapointed no MK's turned up when i was there

Nice busa turbo westy to look at, about the only bike engined seven type there!

Could'nt see any others?

Hardly worth the entrance fee really!!!

Well, I finally got there about 4. The 18mile walk from the car park to the hall in a force 10 gail practically killed me though! Got in free though so can't complain.

Took me ages to find Darren's stand (Darren- you need a big banner!) but was most impressed with their car when I did- looked great.

Cheers for the biscuits Darren. Hope you got the car back safely on your specially adapted trailer! And thanks for the advice on how best to do my scuttle etc.

Cheers,

James

12-2pm on a Sunday is extra kickboxing training. I was going to miss it to do the show all day but my girlfriend suggested that as I'm in the Great Britain team for the world championships at the beginning of July I would be wise to get all the practise I can! Prob' gonna get my arse kicked anyway but it might help ward off the odd black-eye!

So after finishing that at 2pm I had to change, take g/f back to Woking and then set off. All in all was lucky I made it at all!

Hey don't worry- it's her that you need to worry about. She got a silver medal in the European championships last year!

I reckon she was pretty close to winning too- what with it being a split decision by the judges (and one of her contact lenses got knocked out in the first round so she was fighting most of it half blind!).
