Hi
Given the price of the 888's now and they are near enough the same as the Yoko 48's. Why the hell would you bother with the 888's
given the Yoko is so superior.
Cheers Matt

Really, that comes as a surprise to me? Is that from your experience from lighter cars or just in general? Everything I've ever read says the
two are very close and it's whatever you get on with personally.

Hi
Yea all the hype from so called testing by people who know nothing. It's all in the side walls. Ones designed to do a job the other is just a
road tyre with sticky rubber and a tread pattern that looks like the other.

Wow, what a stupid thing to do, Toyo must be nuts. They're going to lose an awful lot of trade! Looks like I'll be going for the
Yoko's next.

When I got mine it was a simple decision given the price difference. I'd have been looking automatically at 888's again if I hadn't
seen this.

Thanks. We're only using the 888s for damp conditions on track, so a bit of movement is probably better for us given our modest driving talent!

It could be because they have just brought these out and they say they are much better in the wet.
Well lets face it they couldn't be worse then the R888's could they

Hmmm, looks like they've got less dry grip though.

I am thinking it might be time for a group buy. I will investigate a potential supplier I know and see if they are interested.
If there is anyone interested on here then for now just post your sizes required and the qty you are after and we will see where it goes.
