As Above (X3) Colin...
And to add, I'm pretty sure that in his original post he stated, "which ended at a fairly respectable £5800"

Sorry Craig and chaps, didn't mean to cause any offence.

Something is only worth what at least two other people will pay for it.
If you can't sell your toys then they are priced to high. Sadly the first thing that gets cut back on in a recession is toys.

hi guys!
sorry I've been absent from my own thread, had some exams to get through yesterday.
I know its a patience game but frustrating nonetheless. I just had no idea how few legitimate buyers there were! My annoyance isn't directed so
much at the lack of purchase more the fact that the only contact I've had is from wheeler dealers and timewasters.. Sometimes I wonder if
I'm too nice/accomodating when it comes to business.
Cheers for all the comments on the situation, critical or otherwise!
I woke up this morning convinced I could finish the kit car though, so lets see.
Craig

Thankfully, I don't need to sell it but if it had to go, I'd have to drop the price.
The alternative is patience.....................
£1500 under normal price? Must be something wrong with it, been clocked, thrashed or stolen...
Well that's the kind of thing I'm thinking of when I see things like that... There's a petrol station near us that sells a good few
cars too, they had a Panamera with £8k of extras and about 800 miles on the clock. The story is the guy bought it, dislkied it and got rid. Now
there's no doubt nothing wrong with it but would you buy £80 of car, almost brand spanking new, from a place that usually sells 5-10 year old
Audis, Vectras and the like?
Personally I'd put it up for about normal asking price, or convince the skeptics why it's so cheap.
Not that I'm doubting anyone's integrity on here!
