I'll check with the SHMBO, I'll be in the tintop as the locost is in many many pieces.

I will as long as the weather is reasonable, at present I trust it more than the tin top as that is using more water than diesel.

Good point that. Mine does appear to have lost a few bits of trim. Oh, and the speedo sensor has gone south, so that doesn't work either!

Mines mostly still as it pased the SVA.
It has grown an aeroscreen since but still has most of the nut covers etc on it , I made a permanent job of the covers so as to not look out of place and provide protection for the bolts and dampers etc.
Paul.

Apologies - will have to give tomorrow a miss - got too much stuff happening at home. Will see the Oxford guys on Tuesday night. Anybody fancy coming along on Tuesday then check the thread that Scutter (Dan) has started.

Cheers

Does anyone who is coming tommorrow have a `concise` SVA list that would apply to a Locost, i`m wading through a PDF at the mo and a lot of it seems not to apply to an amateur build?.......Martin

The weather isnt looinkg to good and suspect i may have to come in the tintop.

The main thing is figuring out where the floor line is from the cone shaped contact thigny, and then radiusing everything above there. Then radius everything inside, and watch the dash bottom edge radius too.

Good to see you all there. I trust that you all had safe journeys home and that we will all meet again sometime soon.

Enjoy.

Nice to meet a few new faces. Should be a suitably large gang of us soon! We can go terrorise the local car clubs!

Sorry I didn't make it today guys - real shame as I'm only 5 mins down the road.

SWMBO wanted to go out for a romantic walk etc and I need to earn the brownie points so I can go to Autosport then on the lash in Brum afterwards next weekend.

If you do another one I'll definitely be up for it.

See the thread I've just started about a meet near Silverstone, at the Green Man. Hoping for the end of the month sometime.
