Chris the shop and your work look spot on. Best of luck for the busy year ahead! Just out of curiosity - is there a becowners website update due anytime soon? You must have loads of tasty pictures to put up (in all your free time!)...?

Mr Darby

Would you care to comment on the quite obvious issues that your customers are having with your (lack of) service. an isolated incident could be forgiven but its obvious that there are quite a few very unhappy customers of your out there.

For the record I was indeed an unhappy customer for quite a variety of reasons. However, he eventually agreed to settle for the cost price of parts (he showed me his invoices) so on the face of it I've not paid for any labour. Obviously I'd have preferred things done right first time but given we were heading for a full on dispute it was a relief to sever our relationship like that.

The fact he was willing to do that speaks volumes. If I also mention that I didn't know how much he'd paid for parts when I made the offer and assumed he was actually making a proper margin....
