Blues brothers is excellent  One of my all time favourite movies.
Dogma is hilarious too, as are most Kevin Smith films

Oh, far too many to list...
Dumb and Dumber stands out though as it always cracks me up, no matter how many times I watch it!
Watched 'In Bruges' the other day... surprisingly good film and very funny!
I like some of the more subtle comedies too... 'O Brother Where Art Though', 'Fargo', 'American Psycho', etc.

'The Big Lebowski' - no guffaws, but never sick of watching it!
Other than that, 'The Producers'....saw the stage show, nowhere near as good as the film, but still great!!
'Twin Town' good also, but I think you either get it or you don't....like Marmite.
I remember cracking up to Jerry Lewis flicks as a kid.....

Anchorman.
The first film I ever saw starring Will Ferrell and the only decent film/performance he's ever been in or done. Don't be put off by the
rest of his rubbish churned out before or since.
So many good bits.
Sex Panther, The Guns, "I'm kind of a big deal", "....if you play your cards right you can meet the whole gang".
The tache, the hair, the blazer.
Its very silly. Best to be in a daft mood when you're watching it. It doesn't try to be clever.

Donald Sutherland in Kelly's Heroes is a big favorite of mine and very humorous in a certain laid back sort of way IMHO
If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.
