Any weekend in Feb. would be good before 750mc season starts in March. Will be putting driver on caffeine drip to bring him out of hibernation any day now. May bring Locost race car along on trailer to let you all have a look if we have the engine back in it.

I'm thinking it may have to be the 14th/15th (or maybe the 21st/22nd) so I'll phone up later to see what start times I can get and post them on here then its decision time !

This is the list as I've got it at the moment:
{moved to top}

so that's about 11 so far + a few maybes
and I've still got a couple of people to ask

Scott (Phoenix70) - I was going to ask the SKCC anyway, but I'll not be at the meeting (I've still never made it to one, and really need to remember and post my renewal )
so if you could ask tonight it would be a big help - but there may only be a few places left so its going to be a first come first served
(btw - my number /e-mail is the SKCC members list booklet thingy, but I'd rather most people posted on this thread if possible)

Scootz - I'll text Ian later once I know the times I can get

-Robert

No Problem,

I will ask tonight at the meeting. 16 is the minimum number isn't it?

Please don't make it the 22nd, I really can't make it (neither can the my +2)

Cheers

Right final decision time
We can have any of the following:

Sat: 14/02/09 @ 9:00 or 12:30
Sun: 15/02/09 @ 12:30 or 15:00
Sat: 21/02/09 @ 15:30

it will be £45/head and I need to pay £360 upfront to book it (the rest on the day)

so who's all definatly going ?

which date/time do you want ? (and more importantly which can't you do)

also how are we going to work the money side of it ?

-Robert
