The collar unscrews just behind the face of the switch. You can see the small gasket in black - unscrew just behind there. You might need to undo the plastic collar first.

Does that make sense?

Did try this just seems to spin thought there might be some locking ring ,
so you think it should just screw off if i slacken off the collar

Once the plastic collar is unscrewed the metal collar will just fall back away from the gasket. There's no locking ring or device. Once it all comes apart it makes sense, just a little tricky to describe!

I had the exactly same thoughts when I got the same switches!

You might find that once you've screwed it off there are 2 things required.
1 If it's just a warning light you will have to slightly depress the finger type bit at the side to get the collar off totally.
2 if its a switch you'll have to depress the finger bit and slide the switch off first and then do step 1 again.
I hope this makes sense to you. look at it from the rear and it should be obvious.

If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.
