Impreza overheating
My Neighbour has just replaced a split top hose on his Impreza STi V reg.
The car is now overheating, is there a special method for filling the coolant on this type of engine?

Note to all: I really don't know when to leave well alone. I tried to get clever with the mods, then when they gave me a lifeline to see the
error of my ways, I tried to incite more trouble via u2u. So now I'm banned, never to return again. They should have done it years ago!

all i did with mine was fill with coolent/water then run engine at idle with cap off then top up as it pumps round the engine till it was full. mine
was a 96 uk turbo.
Never had an issue.
