rear hub spacers and handbrake

hi again

So many questions

has any body spaced the hubs away from the hub carriers on the rear of the car as or have you fitted them directly against the carrier, as the drive shaft cv joints compress ok, not sure if this is going to put extra stress on the joints.

Also what are people using as a linkage between the handbrake lever and rear cable.

Thanks again

Ade

hey! i'm fitting drums to mine and made up some spacers to bring the hub away from the carrier think it was about 5-6mm.
the handbrake on the otherhand will hopefully be fitting this weekend so will put photo's up then.
