I have the below from a haynes manual for a silver top, would imagine they are going to be the same possibly

Cylinder head bolts

Stage 1 - 25 Nm
Stage 2 - 45 Nm
Stage 3 - Angle tighten a further 150 degrees

Camshaft bearing cap bolts

Stage 1 - 10 Nm
Stage 2 - 19 Nm

Speed has never killed anyone. Suddenly becoming stationary... that's what
gets you.

For the silvertop, elsewhere I have seen 105deg, rather than 150. Incase anyone else if following this.

For the blacktop I have seen 20Nm, 40Nm, 90deg and on one site 15Nm, 40Nm, 90deg, so that sounds good.
For bearing caps again, I have seen 10+19Nm for blacktop as posted for the Silver.

Head removal and tightening sequence; start in the middle and work out in a star shape.

Cam removal; start one from the non-pulley end, then middle, then end, then work toward pulley.

Cam refitting; start at the non-pulley end and just work in a line work to the pulley end.

Tiny bit of sealant on the outside edge of pulley end cam-cap next to the oil seal.
