Hi, what do i need to do to a std type 9 to fit a 2.0 zetec engine?

You will need a bit of mix and match on the clutch though.

There are lots of combinations that work

one is

1.8 flywheel

early mondeo clutch kit with 220mm clutch with 23 spline 1" center.

Longer thrust bearing from an early 4spd box ( do a search for part Number )

and dont forget the spigot bearing from any sierra.

The tin cover from the T9 needs a bit welding onto it to cover completley.
