compression fit shaft couplings

Hi all,
I need a spider coupling between two nominally concentric 12mm shafts. I don't want to use taperlok because they're too agricultural. I saw a link recently to a much smaller & neater (& presumably more expensive) taperlocking compression fitting series but I've lost the link. Can anybody help me?
Thanks
Bob

Have you tried BSL BRAMMER?
They are good for such things.

is it for a car?

I looked into the taperloc stuff when I was building the transmission on my grasser, and concluded that they were no good, as even HUGE units couldn't take the shock torque loads, by the manufacturers stated max loads at any rate!

what about shrink fit and keyway? I know keyways are crap, but when they are just backing up a shrink fit then they might do??

If its for a coupler, how about a pair of sprockets and a loop of duplex chain for the coupling, allows some misalignment while being bloody strong.

It's for an electric car so no shock loads ;^)
Yes I might go the duplex chain coupling route Nat - good shout!
Looked at BSL - only do the monster cast iron taperloks :^(
Thanks
