ECU, loom and all the sensors. Are you using the car as a donor or just the engine?

you might need the bosch injection as well,if it is a cvh they use the k-jet injection witch is quite dated, also you might need the crank pulley for the sensor.
i think you might be opening a can of worms, there will probally be alot of fab to do,if you can do that then cool,if not i would just find a second hand megasquit,i saw one for 150quid and it had come off a zetec.
if you do this make sure you get the map one and not tps,

Not using the car as a donor mate just the turbo components to turbo my zetec. Currently im running a zetec but fancy some boost
Yeah im gonna fabricate some plates to mount the inlet outlet manifold etc, ports are very similar on cvh and zetec.

The mans bringing all the parts down for me (700 mile round trip) so i have to send him a list of what to bring..

Heres my list so far..

T3 Turbo
-31 actuator
Intercooler
Inlet mani with charge carrier + throt bod
zorst mani
Fuel rail and injectors
Ofac ecu and loom with all sensors
Fuel reg
Boost hoses n vac pipes
oil feed/return?
fuel pump? (is it in tank on fiesta??)

Have i missed anything? Dont wanna end up going to build my zetec turbo then realise im missing something from the fiesta.. Cheers

I'm assuming that the Fiesta in question has already had the T3 upgrade and not running the stock T2!

If so, that looks like the shopping list - both engines have the pickup in the back of the flywheel, so should be fine to use your Zetec one.

MAP sensor is one you've forgot (or is that included in "all sensors"?). Be good to get the exhaust downpipe as a start, as well.

Pump is "in tank" on a Fiesta..

Long live RWD...
