15x7 capri wheels

15x7 capri wheels, what do you think. Would they fit a Locost? They look in very good condition.

wheels

They will look good.Provided your arches are large enough they'll go on.But at 15" won't that give you poor off the line preformance?.Most H'climb stuff runs 13"s.Just a thought.

..Which was nice..

15s shouldn't affect gearing that much, after all a 195/45/15 is only 4mm bigger in diameter than a 185/60/13 when new.

I am only looking for 15s as you can't run 13s on a sierra disc braked rear end and finding decent hillclimb tyres for 14s is tricky. What size tyres should I use

For a 7" rim you are looking at 205 to 225 width tyres, for competition you want to stick at the lower end of that range i.e. 205 or 215 max to give the sidewalls good support.

You can get 195s on 7", westfield owners do it all the time on their superleggeras.
