B&Q offer on Evolution Fury saws

Thought this might be of interest.

They have the Fury 3 mitre saw at just under £100 and the circular saw just under £60.

I have reserved one of the Fury 3s as all the local stores are showing low stock.

No. Same as this one. Larger version.

I want it for general carpentry duties as well as the ability to cut metal, otherwise the smaller one looks good if you just need it for tubing etc.

Just used my new tool/toy to cut some 2.5mm steel plate. Ironically it was a mounting plate for a B&Q kitchen carousel that was too long to allow the unit to fit in a B&Q base unit.

The saw went through the steel like it was an inch thick timber.

You need to keep your mouth closed while cutting though as it spits chips of hot steel everywhere
