rolling road
hello all,
well my little winter project (2 months now) of putting bike carbs on the pinto, turned out to take a bit longer, used the opertunity to tidy up the
engine bay quite a bit, ill get some pics up in a while.
anyway, should all be finished this sunday, spec before
2.0 pinto (bored to 2.1 with v6 pistons)
kent fr cam
mk 4 into 1 exhaust
weber 38dgas downdraught carb
the changes are as follows
bike carbs (fireblade, previously fitted onto 2.1 pinto)
fireblade fuel pump
H&H solutions coil and dizzy
now hopefully it will be running by sunday, the car is used mainly on the road, so my question is should i book it into a roaling road, i understand
the benefits of having someone that knows something about cars with all the correct tools, compared to me with my various sizes of hammer.
if people think its a good option my main concern is cost, could someone give me an idea on cost,
oh and also, anyone got a similar set up, what bhp (wheels or fly) are you getting.
kind regards, thanks in advance

there is an RR in N. Wafturd - called red dot tuning or similar.
no experience if their tuning abilities for tuning as I only took mine for a spin on their road to certify my speedo.
(I explained what I wanted them to do yet they seemed to be a bit slow mentally).

The other one to try is Torque of the Devil. They actually back onto Power in Uxbridge. Chris Todd is the man there and he used to work for Power and
was their man rolling man before he set up his own company
