Engine-box fitment

whats the best way of doing it,box seperately,or one thing(engine and box) at once?

I'd go with fitting the whole thing at once, it's pretty hard to get to the bell housing bolts from the transmission tunnel. If you jack the car up there's plenty of room to clear the bulkhead.
