FISH
Where is the best place to advertise Fish and fish keeping equipment?
My Uncle has sadly died and left my aunt with a big pond full of Koi carp and filters etc. She has no interest in the fish and just wants to sell
them. She has asked me where is best to advertise them but i have no idea? The fishing mags only seem to be about catching the fish rather than
keeping them
Can anyone help?

i think there is a mag called koi carp, they have private listing last time i saw one.

Koi Crap, Nice one...
You could give them away to your local garden centre if they do fish, but if you're smart you'd sell them on eBay as collection only. My
dad sold his Koi and got £100 for 3 fish. He also got £60 for his Albino Carp. They were quite big as he sold them because they were getting too big
for his 8' pond. People do pay good money for these fish

You'd be amazed what people will pay for everyday stuff on eBay (fish are the only animals you're allowed to sell on there).

Hi,
Kept Koi for years, advertise them as a collection, do you know the varieties? and sizes / age . Fish welfare is important, know where they are going
and what set up the purchaser has. Fish to go first before any filters pumps etc.
Local free add paper is best place, where are they located ( in a pond yes ) area?

all i really know is that the fish are in a pond 6 to 7 foot across and 6 foot deep. the fish look quite big 1 foot+ the fish are in st Helen's
He built the pond around 3 years ago so some of the fish will be around that age i would think
