cd.thomson makes his big decision
Not sure if anyones following my escapades but after a couple of weeks of waiting I finally received an offer from Nottingham University to study
Medicine.
I made the decision today to accept that as a firm place for september, with my second offer from St Georges being my insurance.
Just need to prove myself "fit to practice" now with occy health and I'll be off to derby city hospital on 14th September to start
studying.

Well done - but as I trained in London, I have to say I'd have gone to Georges! You'll have a good time, enjoy it... its the easiest
bit!

Surely the next step from CD would be DVD? Then if you get a postgrad qualification you would be BluRay? ![](/images//smilies/bigsmile.gif) ![](/images//smilies/bigsmile.gif)

How long is it before you can prescribe stuff?
Also if they're fit notes could I get my boss one to certify him barely fit to shovel s**t?
