One for the Locost CID

What engine is in this Westfield

he says it's a Crossflow but the rocker cover doesn't look like any Crossflow one I've ever seen and the two middle pipes on the exhaust manifold look wrong too. Not thinking of buying it just curious that's all, it's actually for sale in the (small) village I live in but I've never seen it, wierd.
