OT: Which mobile for £100??

Knowing sod all about mobile phones has anyone any advice for a decent phone in the £100-£130 bracket?
Genrally I've only ever used my mobile fairly infrequently (PAYG on virgin and £20 lasts me abut 2-3 weeks).. I do quite fancy the idea being able to peruse LCB, YouTube etc via Wi-Fi if it happens to take my fancy and I guess that means I'd need one with a bigger screen, I've had a flick through a couple of phone sites and Ebay and it's all to confusing!!
Any Ideas??
Cheers

Any good reason for PAYG as opposed to contract? you would save a tenner a month and get a free phone. Plus there is always quidco.....( just took out a virgin contract for daughter. Blackberry, internet, 500 texts and 100mins, but only £15 a month. Plus £50 cashback. Other deals available, plus from virgin you should get some sort of discount as an existing customer)
