Its too expensive, and the paint job spoils it.
A completely different car to a 7, so how its aimed at that market??
But, I always liked the 944, it was a very well balanced car with near 50/50 weight distribution it handled very well.

Probably a good alternative to a Robin Hood though

More like Friar Tuck if you ask me
I quite like it though its a bit expensive for a standard(ish) spec car. Now if it had the V8 .....

A bit expensive?!
Dont get me wrong, I like 944's (had the 924S with the same 2.5 engine) but as an alternative to a seven?? lol. Also imagine what tin-tops you
can buy for 7k.
I'm hankering after a 944 turbo myself....

That one looks like a shed but generaly they are good cars. RWD Audi's, they were stigmatised by Porche purists because they didn't come
from a Stutgart production line. (a good recomendation in my book. Lol!) I have played with a couple and they go and handle well and are much faster
than the little 924 especially the turbo variety.

I bought my last 944 turbo for £1000!!!
I don't think that is 7 times better, I'd certainly be looking at other cars for that money.

What? how and where?! I've seen the odd one drop into the high 2000's but most early ones are still 3.5k and late ones up to 7k.
You got lucky at that sort of price!

Not that one, for the price. But yes i would!
Infact only last week i was looking at a tidy looking race/road preped 1987 (good year!!) 944 in white for almost exactly the same money i paid for
the westy (£3750) and i was temped. Insurence would no doubt be a killer for a 23yo however.

Defo overpriced, but a 924s or a 944 is the next thing on my shopping list .....
