R1 engine mountings

Can anyone tell me wether i should bolt my engine mounting frame direct to the chassis or should i use rubber between the mounts ??

Any suggestions welcome

Lots of BECs are solid mounted but it makes them a bit harsh. Mine is mounted via bushes.

Soild mounted my R1 engine to the chassis via its engine cradle.





UNDERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
OVERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car.
HORSEPOWER is how fast you hit the wall.
TORQUE is how far you take the wall with you.

its better if its solid mounted.poly bushed tend to brake the weld.
