Tacho adapter

Hi

I have a tacho adapter from omex for my omex 500 , does anyone know what the jumpers mean/are ???

it says i have to set these and failure to do so could cause damage , the jumpers are as follows

input , multiplication and output ?
any help would be appreciated.
