hi i have a note book that has been infected with some spyware
can any one recomend me free removal tool

Malware bytes does the job for me.

Agreed... If it wont load, start your PC in SAFE Mode. (Tap F8 when booting and choose Safe Mode)
Many Malware progs wont let you load Malwarebytes or run it. Safe mode should get you round that problem.
It may not let you go to the malware web site, then do safe mode with networking, or download on another PC, and transfer with a key fob drive.

Yup. Always run it in safe mode. It takes a little time to run so really the time taken to re-boot the computer and stick it in safe mode is pretty small really and it means you might not have to do the scan twice!

Just a footnote, whenever you do a virus clean or similar, it pays to turn off system restore in Windows because some viruses simply restore to where they were before you ran the checker.

I always turn restore off, run the checks, repair if needed, reboot, then turn restore back on.

Used it ages ago and worked great, and is free.
