FS: Colchester 5x20 Chipmaster Lathe

It is with regret that I'm offering my lathe up for sale.

I bought it a few years ago but have never done anything with it due to lack of funds.

It runs on 3 phase so you will need an invertor/convertor to run it on single phase or convert the existing motor.

I've never had the spare cash to get this sorted so I'll confess that I've never had it running.

It has some kind of hydraulic attachment too which my mate tells me is used to copy parts.

I don't really want to let it go but if I've not got it running after all these years (can't even remember how many!) then chances are I won't anytime soon. Besides which my overdraft needs the money

I'll take some photos over the weekend and post them up ASAP.

It would need collecting and I'm afraid I've got nothing useful in the way of lifting/shifting gear but I'll help push it

So I'm offering it on here to you guys first before I list it on eBay.

I'm in Stowmarket, Suffolk & I'm looking for £700 ono.

Cheers.

Andy
