Have a chat with MArtin Keenan and see what he can make you go for the biggest you can as it will be an insurance claim any way. Many manafacturers make the tank from 1 sheet of ally merely to keep the costs down. Have it custom made to your dimensions you may get an extra 2 to 3 gallons

If you go to Alloy Racing Fabrications ask to speak to James. He will help you out and can make custom tanks to any spec you give him not just the one's he lists on his website. You can even specify internal foam which reduces the risk of explosion if the tank was hit in an accident. You can also specify an additional catch tank underneath the tank (this is becoming more common for IVA apparently). Like I say there are loads of options, these but a few.

I can vouch for his work which is awesome to say the least.

I had a very large custom tank made by trevor D in order to stop the boys from Peterborough taking the piss, as we had a time where we had to stop every 90 miles to fill my car on a trip to europe but now it takes £100 to fill and they still take the wee as now i have to wait for them to fill up
give Trevor D a call.
