Olympic Tickets
Anybody know if they have got any? we applied for about 6 different events, no money gone out yet.
Phoned the local ramblers club today, but the bloke who answered just
went on and on.

We applied for a lot, would have cost about a grand if got them all. Today £250 has come out of my account, so at least we've got something,
have to wait and see what though.

Not heard anything yet but ours are on a credit card so won't know till get email or credit card bill, we didn't go for the main ones and
some outdoors so hopefully get ours
Mind you I didn't end up using my card as they wouldn't accept mastercard only visa so girl friend had to pay : )

don't have any intention in going, never did, but i think its disgusting that you can only buy tickets if you have a visa card.
they may well be a big sponsor, but it should never have been limited like that
where the country's trying to promote sensible lending, you can only get tickets if you stick them on credit cards? bad call i think

Whats the rush?
I doubt we could hold the 2012 olympics on time, what with health and safety, financial etc etc
Coupled with every militant group in the world wanting to blow us all out of our country, in full few of the "watching world"
Me, think i will stay at home!

I am going on holiday, can't be asked to watch this over hyped circus featuring guys running around in their PE gear. Extremely boring, tedious
and a total waste of money in these hard financial times, bit like royal weddings I suppose.
