Why not buy proper bike jets?
There was a company on Ebay selling jets for Kawasaki carbs. I bought a set of 4 for my ZX6r carbs which I assume are very similar to the ZX9`s. Cost
less than £10 incl postage too.
Just checked my old Ebay purchases and I got the jets from a company called MPW, Beaconsfield Rd, Brighton, East Sussex. I think their user name is
m-p-w. Search for "Mikuni Slot head jet" and they sell all sizes. The jets were only 99p each, the rest was postage.
Hope that helps,
Nick

Try The Carburetter (sic) Exchange, http://www.carbex.demon.co.uk/ and ask for DGAV/DGAS jets. I have found them very good in the past.
Phoned the local ramblers club today, but the bloke who answered just
went on and on.
