Has anyone on here posted a cylinder head (xflow) who did you use and what was the cost, thanks in advance john.

I'd imagine that any of the interparcel or parcel2go mob would be your best bet.

Can't think it would cost more than a tenner.

Posted a Pinto cylinderhead recently, by the time it was all packed up it weighed in just over 20kg, it cost me £20-25 send.

Try payperparcel.co.uk. Used them loads of times and they are excellent, they use DHL and parcels usually arrive next day. Standard charge is upto 31kg with £50 insurance for £7.99. Had gearbox delivered last year at that rate, arrived in 2 days from Kent to Notts, brilliant.
