I'd imagine that any of the interparcel or parcel2go mob would be your best bet.
Can't think it would cost more than a tenner.

Posted a Pinto cylinderhead recently, by the time it was all packed up it weighed in just over 20kg, it cost me £20-25 send.

Try payperparcel.co.uk. Used them loads of times and they are excellent, they use DHL and parcels usually arrive next day. Standard charge is upto
31kg with £50 insurance for £7.99. Had gearbox delivered last year at that rate, arrived in 2 days from Kent to Notts, brilliant.
