MK Indy long range fuel tank
As I am taking the Indy on a 5000 mile trip across europe next year I thought it wise to get a larger fuel tank made....
original 20 litre tank
New 46 litre tank
A little different...
And fitted

Can't you put the smaller one in front of new one, and above "axle", just under 15 gallons then

hi
There does not appear to be any baffles welded to the front and rear faces. This may lead to the tank panting which in turn leads too the welds
suffering fractures. Make sure there is sufficient 2 way venting to keep the panting to a minimum as large tanks suffer far worse than smaller
ones.

Hi matt,
No need to worry. There is two huge baffles welded in the tank..... That is two more than the original MK tank. . Plus. The tank is made of
thicker aluminium than the original tank.

That's what the passenger seat is for, even if you have a passenger, they'll hold them for you

enjoy the trip we did a 1200 mile round trip to the Ring, removed the passenger seat for additional storage space I dont think there was a space that
wasn't used
