Which Power Comander and ecu for zx10
Well I have picked up my 2007 ZX10R. Dale who sold it to me is a retired bike racer, after he broke his back at Cadwell, and this was his spare
engine. Been shelved since end of 2007 and only done 3000 miles.
Apparently it is specked up same as his race engine which produces 207horses, he recons mine is close to 200horses, so it will be interesting to see
how it goes.
I have the main loom but not the coil loom or ecu, so I was considering which way to go, either standard UK ECU which means coded keys, or buy an
American ecu and run a power commander, but which one. I thought there was only one , but no it has to start getting complicating from the start.![](/images//smilies/shocked.gif)

Will the US ecu fit the UK loom. And does the ecu consist of two parts, I already have one box which looks like an ecu but its a bit light.

I have a feeling it will but not certain.

No, the ECU's a single unit with 2 connectors, each connector has 20+ wires. The box you're referring to is probably the relay box.
Not very Locost but very BEC

Speak to Malc from yorkshire-engines. He gave me all the advise needed for my 2005 ZX-10r in regards to ECU, loom and bypassing the immobiliser.
