Thoughts on this colour scheme...
I was bored last night so decided to do a couple of photoshops of what I want my car to look like when, well not finished as I dont think it will ever
be truely finished, but you know what I mean...
I had originally thought of going for a battleship grey with red wheels and roll bar, then decided I really missed having a white car after my Clio
197 and I always wanted to go white and red on that, so thought that would be a good way to go. Then I bought some blue harnesses for a steal on
here, and that changed things. Anyway, the picture isnt completely accurate as I will probably run Laser wheels with slicks, the exhuast is on the
wrong side, and my aeroscreen is different to that one, but... it does the job well enough to show where my thoughts are heading...
Obviously partly inspired by the blue harnesses but also the BMW 2002 Turbo colour scheme which I think looks great in white!

Sell one of the blue harneses, get on matching one in red and mix the two (as in left and right side of each harness is different) so the scheme is
carried further.

The idea of racing stripes on a car has always turned my stomach.... but for some reason they actually look quite decent on a seven!!
Perhaps it's because I've only ever seen them on hot hatches (usually made up of different colours of electrical insulation tape), but at
least they look fine on that image.

Green and Yellow stripe! More in-keeping with Lotus colours..
Mind you red and blue looks ok, how about blue wheels on one side and red on the other

White wheels with thin blue and red stripes around the rim (weller style).

Looks good to me and of course once you've painted it white it's easy to apply vinyl to get whatever you want - easy to change the
stripes.
Not very Locost but very BEC

It's hard to be original in a car with so many imitators that kind of look the same, but you've done it. I love it!

I like it a lot. Would you like to buy my crash helmet?

You can do it quickly. You can do it cheap. You can do it right. – Pick any two.
