Way OT, PQQ question question

What was a simple business for quoting for grounds maintenance works has just become a paperwork nightmare. Although I have completed a few Pre Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) There is always one question the seems utter rubbish.

Can someone explain what this one means
4.2 Please confirm that your company complies with legislation and regulations as per the ITT.

Produced by Historic Scotland!

This seems more like a question to the author of the PQQ. I thought I had to answer questions for then to satisfy themselves that my company would comply.

Thanks in advance.

The Invitation to Tender should include a list of standards, laws, regulations etc. that the Tenderer has to comply with.

Just say "Yes."

Thanks, I thought that, but have been marked down in the past for yes/no answers. To be on the safe side an explanation usually helps.

I have never written so much rubbish about what we do.
