Easy Way to Measure Wheel pcd???
Hi All,
I have recently bought a pair of wheels for the rear of my new project.
I always intended to use adaptors due to the rarity of the wheels/axle.
The guy who sold me the wheels said they were 5 stud 4 1/4'' pcd. Thing is they measure up more like 4 1/2 '' by eye with a
ruler!
I need to measure them accurately to order the adaptors.
Anyone know a way of measuring the pcd?

Check the casting stamps inside of the wheel, as the offsets and rim width are quite often there!

Measure the centre bore diam, then measure from the edge of the centre bore to the centre of the bolt hole. Then double the second measurement and add
it to the centre bore diam. Bingo.

Slimy38 - That chart is exactly what I was after.
Hector - I've looked a few times and can't find any pcd stamps. That would be too easy I guess...............
Turns out the wheels are 4 1/2 inch after all!
