Fury wheel offsets

My Fury currently has Ford Laser wheels 6" / 19mm offset all round (185s on front and 205s on the back). I'd like to order some Compomotive CXRs but I'm getting conflicting info / advice on sizes and offsets to go for. to start with, should I go for 7" on the back and 6" on the front, or stick with 6" all round? secondly, offset... I pretty sure my current offset of 19mm, the wheels don't fill the arches anything like as much as most Fury's I've looked at. That said, I don't want to go all 'Carlos Fandango' either. I'd be really interested to know what other Fury owners have opted for.

Mine are et18 and j6.5" front, j7" rear with 185/205 combo tyres.

There's a few odd widths on the rear depending on when/where it was supplied and what spacers they had on the hubs. et18ish seems to be the recommended offset though.

I race a Fury in RGB and found a marked improvement in handling going from the 6" rims to 7". There are arguments for and against should it 6" or 7", but personally i feel the cars handling is vastly improved as a result. 13"x7" for ref with a 23ET Pro Race 1.2. But that is a guess on the ET. Running 185/60 front and 205/60 rear on A048r's

mine are ET18 too, 195's on 15" rims. Looks ok. Seem to recall a discussion with Steve at Fury suggesting that some ET30ish that I was looking at would be all wrong,..

Hi, Wheel sizes? what a minefield.

My car is still under construction, so I cannot say how it drives, but after posing the same question
some time ago, I have ended up with 6x13 et16 0n the front and 7x13 et -7 on the rear.

Looks realy nice with the deep dish.

Tires are 185 60 13 & 205 60 13.

I have the spider rear tub and the wheels 'just fit'

see the rear wheel on here.

Thanks for the info. I'm now airing towards 6" on the front and 7" on the rear. When I was going to use 6" all round I was thinking an ET of 0 on the back might be in the right ballpark but adding an extra inch has slightly complicated things (at least for my underpowered brain)
